did my 2nd 10k today!! finished in 56:06, shaved 6 minutes and 8 seconds of my first 10k time, which was only 7 weeks ago!! Paleo+crossfit RULE!
In 6 weeks went from 21.29 % body fat to 18.59! I love Paleo!

6 weeks of Paleo = -3 pounds +10 pounds on Back squat + 20 on my deadlift
went from 265 Deadlift to 285!!! 15 pounds away from 300 its GOING TO HAPPEN 300 Pounds watch out I am coming for you!?
My CROSSFIT total went from 490 to 515!!

i was like.. well paleo IS a normal diet, it is what people are supposed to eat!? Its sad that people think that you have to have proccessed food in order for it to be a normal diet.
I told him i like it i am eating all real food, and then he walked away, i think people dont like when someone has the ability to make the right food choices and they dont, its a weird form of jealousy.

So it looks like the paleo challenge has been working in my favor.
havent had chocolate in 2 weeks on monday! longest ive EVER gone i think.
This week i tried to cut down my fruit intake down a lot,
next week i will try to do even better.
1 - 2 servings of fruit and or dried fruit.
